SHIPPING POLICY

 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE

We deliver our products Australia wide via Australia Post. Within the Melbourne Metro area, we can also arrange delivery (same or next day).

All our chocolates are sent via Express Post for overnight delivery within the Express Post network. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery outside the EP network in Australia. Please check the Australia Post website to verify if your location is within the network.

A tracking number for deliveries via Express Post will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Other products are delivered via standard Parcel Post.

If you require same day delivery for items in stock, please contact us at info@chocolatechillimango.com or via phone at 0402 849 342.

We will ship your order within 48 hours of your order being confirmed, except where items may not be in stock. In this case, we will ship as soon as stock has been replenished.

We do not ship products on a Thursday, Friday or weekend, to ensure your chocolates are not held up in transit longer than necessary.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive your parcel or arrange for pick up at your local post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not deliver chocolates outside Australia at this time. Other non-chocolate items can be shipped internationally, via Australia Post parcel post.

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

While we ensure all chocolate items are packed securely and protected from impact, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of rough handling or delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event that is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

DAMAGE OR SPOILAGE AFTER DELIVERY

Please refer to our FAQs page for details on how to correctly store your chocolates to ensure they stay fresh for your enjoyment for the length of their shelf life. CHOCOLATE CHILLI MANGO is not responsible for any damage or spoilage of chocolate products due to incorrect use or storage by customers.

SUMMER MONTHS

We do not ship chocolates during the warmer months. If you wish for chocolates to be delivered in warmer months, there may be a surcharge incurred for additional packaging to ensure your items stay cool during transit.
