It is a powerhouse of nutrients and anti-oxidants and, importantly, is also a good source of lutein, which is important for eye health.
This bar is a practically a superfood. But it's also incredibly delicious. Kakadu plum has a flavour reminiscent of stewed pear and apple, with a lovely tang.
